Where did that come from?

Actually I've been doing digital illustration in one form or another for years. It's always been part of my design work. But it's only recently that I've been selling these digital pieces as illustrations in their own right. Partially that's because it's only in the last year of so that I've felt that they were personal enough to call illustrations. It started when I bought a Cintiq monitor, which allows me to draw directly on the screen with a stylus. So in a sense, these digital illustrations are as hand-drawn as anything else I do. They just don't get ink all over the place when I do them.

I've also posted up a ton of other stuff. Check around for new (tradtional) illustrations, new infographics, new marketing work, new ... well, pretty much everything. Iv'e done a lot of work that I haven't taken the time to post until now. My procrastination is your gain. Enjoy!

(By the way, you can only find digital illustration in the side-nav for now, until I redo the homepage. My procrastination is ... about what you'd expect on this site by now.)

New images up in Illustration Portfolio

We got your Django, your Orwell, your Monk and your Mingus -- all available as large-scale digital posters, by the way. Check 'em out.

The Not-So-Daily Dog starts again Monday

Well, the email starts Monday.
