Some
technical graphics are so chockablock with data that they’re
virtually useless. Dense to the point of illegibility,
they make the mistake of thinking that design is something
you slap on after you put in all the "essentials." Wrong: good
design is the essentials.
For
example,
this potentially overwhelming poster was laid out like a PCI
card (one of those things you slot into a PC to add peripherals).
Despite all the information, it's still awful pretty.
