Seltzer Studio Graphics has a simple goal: to provide witty, memorable design based on good drawing. Because we create artwork, copy and design in-house (in design lingo, “the whole megille”), we can provide clients with complete, effective, idiosyncratic design solutions for both print and web at a far lower price than they would have to pay to a larger agency. Clients have included Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Deutsche Bank, UBS, Kleinwort-Dresdner-Wasserstein, The New York City Opera, American Lawyer, The Deal and the New York Times, among others.

The Studio was founded in 1992 by Thomas Seltzer. Mr. Seltzer was born in St. Louis and moved to New York in 1988 to attend Columbia University. He later studied illustration and design at Pratt and SVA and anatomy and painting at the Art Students League. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife Inés and one-year old daughter Iliana. At night, he dons cape and cowl to rid his city of the scourge of evil.
